Mango Mojito Mocktail

Sweet, tart and deliciously refreshing mocktail everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh or in a container
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey optional
  • ¼ cup mango juice
  • cup seltzer water or more to taste

Instructions

  • In a large glass (14 ounce or larger), pour lime juice, agave (or sugar) and mint leaves.
  • Using the end of a wooden spoon or a muddler, press down on the mint leaves and "muddle" to release their juices.
  • Remove muddler and add ¼ cup mango juice. Fill glass with ice up to the top.
  • Pour seltzer water to the top of of the glass. Insert straw and give it a gentle mix. Enjoy!
