Preheat the oven to 550°F and place baking stone inside if using.
To make the buffalo chicken—chop the chicken into bite sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
Evenly sprinkle with cornstarch.
Place oil in a pan and over medium heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink.
Remove chicken from the pan and toss with buffalo sauce. Set aside.
Make the garlic butter by heating both together in a small bowl until butter is melted. Set aside.
Roll out dough and place cornmeal underneath or if using a baking sheet, place cornmeal on the sheet and place the rolled out dough on top.
Using a brush or a spoon spread garlic butter over the entirety of the pizza, including the crust.
Top with mozzarella, all toppings and then sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned.
Using a spatula slide pizza off the baking sheet onto a cutting board and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Enjoy with a healthy amount of blue cheese dressing on the side.
