Quick and Easy Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 C old fashioned oats
  • 2 C chopped nuts
  • 1 C shredded coconut
  • ¼ C maple syrup
  • ¼ C coconut oil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°
  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix 
  • Spread thinly onto two rimmed baking sheets 
  • Bake for 1 ½ hours stirring twice so it cooks evenly
  • Allow to cool on baking sheets and transfer to an airtight container. Stays crisp and delicious stored for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

I make a double batch of this since we go through it so quickly but it can also be stored in a ziploc and frozen until you are ready to use.
