Quick and Easy Granola

Ingredients

old fashioned oats

chopped nuts

shredded coconut

maple syrup
¼

coconut oil
¾
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix
Spread thinly onto two rimmed baking sheets
Bake for 1 ½ hours stirring twice so it cooks evenly
Allow to cool on baking sheets and transfer to an airtight container. Stays crisp and delicious stored for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
I make a double batch of this since we go through it so quickly but it can also be stored in a ziploc and frozen until you are ready to use.
