Starbucks Copycat White Chocolate Mocha
Rich in flavor, without the added junk, this White Chocolate Mocha will be sure to delight your tastebuds. Plus, we've got plenty of tricks to make this without an espresso machine, too!

White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
- ¼ C white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Starbucks Copycat White Chocolate Mocha
- ¼ C white mocha sauce using easy recipe above
- 3 oz espresso or very dark brewed coffee
- 1 ¼ C whole milk or low fat, or dairy free alternative
- Whipped Cream optional
Using a microwave safe glass or mug, heat white chocolate chips and coconut oil together, 15 seconds at a time stirring in between each interval. Heat until smooth.
Steam milk to 165°F. Set aside.
Pull a double shot of espresso (or brew double strength coffee) and pour on top of white chocolate.
Pour steamed milk on top and give it a good stir.
Top with whipped cream.
Put your feet up and enjoy!
If you do not have a steamer you can make this over the stove. Simply combine all ingredients and heat to temperature. Making sure to stir frequently.
