Ingredients

  • ¾ C olive oil
  • ½ C loose packed Italian parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the "mother"
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper more to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a jar or plastic container with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a week.
