Grain Free Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 C Almonds chopped
  • 1 C Shredded Coconut
  • ½ C Pumpkin Seed
  • ½ C Sunflower Seed
  • C Chia Seeds
  • C Hemp ground or seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container

Notes

Granola will keep in an airtight container for 1 month. Feel free to substitute any other nuts and seeds you prefer as long as you keep the same ratio. Enjoy!
