Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Delicious, light and healthy salad dressing full of flavor.
Servings: 1 Cup
- 1/2 C vegetable or canola oil
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 Tbsp chopped shallots
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp lime juice plus 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
In a jar with a lid, add all ingredients. Shake it up and you're done!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
