Ingredients

  • 1 carnitas recipe see top of post for link
  • 1 jalapeño pinto beans recipe see post for link
  • 1 queso recipe see post for link
  • 1 cilantro lime rice recipe see post for link
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ C shredded cheese
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Look above in the post for the links to each individual recipe that goes into these burritos.
  • Add toppings.
  • Roll the burrito halfway, fold over the bottom and then finish rolling. Wrap in foil if you want to save it for later, or wrap in parchment if you want to eat it now. Or if you're Rachel, just use your hands and go for it!
