- 1 avocado
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
- 1 large tomato diced
- large flour tortillas

Add toppings.
Roll the burrito halfway, fold over the bottom and then finish rolling. Wrap in foil if you want to save it for later, or wrap in parchment if you want to eat it now. Or if you're Rachel, just use your hands and go for it!
