Crustless Spicy Quiche with 505 SW™ Salsa Picante | Gluten Free
Crustless quiche with a kick! Try it topped with more salsa and sour cream, you'll love it!

- 6 large eggs whisked
- ½ C whole milk
- 3 strips of bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 C sharp white cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
- 1 C chopped frozen potatoes/tater tots optional
- ½ C 505SW™ Picante Style Salsa plus more for serving
- 2 green onions chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie dish*, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and whisk well.
Pour into the pie dish and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until the center no longer jiggles.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
Top with more 505SW™ Salsa Picante and sour cream.
*If your pie dish is too shallow or you add in extra ingredients use an 8"x8" pan instead.
To make ahead, cook quiche, allow to cool, wrap tightly, and place in the refrigerator. When ready to eat, place in the oven covered in foil at 375°F for 20 minutes or until warmed through. Will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
