Italian White Bean Feta Dip

- 1 15oz can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper more to taste
- ¼ C chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ C crumbled feta
- ½ C olive oil
In a food processor, add beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and process until combined. Add parsley and feta. With the processor running, slowly pour in olive oil until smooth (about a minute).
