Honey Mustard Chicken Marinade and Dip
Creamy, sweet and tart chicken marinade. Also makes an amazing dipping sauce.

- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey increase to 3 tablespoon if you like it sweeter
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 6 chicken breasts trimmed of fat
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients, except chicken.
Add ½ cup of sauce to a large zip top bag and add chicken breasts. Move sauce around to coat each chicken breast.
Save the remaining sauce for dipping.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Remove chicken breasts 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place chicken breasts evenly in a 9x13 baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part.
Serve with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping.
