YUM!⁠⁠Link in bio, or recipe right here 👇⁠⁠INGREDIENTS⁠2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten free flour blend⁠1/2 cup granulated white sugar⁠1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder⁠1/2 teaspoon salt⁠1/2 cup butter cubed very cold⁠1/2 cup whole milk or whatever kind you have on hand⁠1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt⁠1 cup chocolate chips optional but strongly encouraged⁠1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries quartered*⁠melted butter and raw sugar for topping⁠⁠INSTRUCTIONS⁠Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.⁠In a food processor pulse flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.⁠Add in cubed butter. Pulse for 5 seconds, until the mixture looks like wet sand.⁠Pour flour mixture into a large mixing bowl and add milk and sour cream. Mix until just combined.⁠Mix in chocolate chips (if using).⁠Gently fold in blackberries trying not to smash them.⁠Using a 3 Tbsp muffin scoop or large spoon, drop scone batter onto a baking sheet 2 inches apart.⁠Brush with melted butter or milk and top with raw sugar.⁠Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.⁠Allow them to cool for 5 minutes. I like to top it off with bacon and parmesan cheese for a real treat. ⁠⁠Cheddar biscuit recipe coming soon, stay tuned!⁠⁠Link in bio or check out the simple recipe right here 👇⁠⁠INGREDIENTS⁠4 Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into large hunks⁠1 tablespoon olive oil⁠1/2 yellow onion diced⁠1 teaspoon chopped garlic cloves ⁠1 32 oz container chicken stock low sodium⁠3 cups broccoli florets frozen or fresh⁠1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt⁠1/2 teaspoon pepper⁠1 cup shredded parmesan⁠⁠INSTRUCTIONS⁠Peel and cut potatoes into large hunks. Set aside.⁠In a large stock pot, sauté onion with olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 3 minutes).⁠Add garlic and cook until fragrant. About 1 minute.⁠Add chicken (or vegetable) stock, salt, pepper, potatoes and broccoli. Cook potatoes until they are fork-tender and broccoli is softened (about 12 minutes).⁠Using a handheld blender stick, blend soup until desired consistency (we like it 1/2 blended, 1/2 chunks).⁠Add parmesan cheese and stir. Serve hot.⁠Add salt and pepper to taste. Top it off with more cheese, bacon and pepper.

Or right here 👇⁠⁠INGREDIENTS⁠1 batch quick rise pizza dough see recipe card below⁠1/3 cup pesto sauce see recipe card below⁠1 cooked chicken breast cubed or shredded⁠3 strips bacon cooked and chopped⁠1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved⁠10 torn pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese or a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese⁠1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese shredded⁠8 basil leaves more to taste⁠⁠INSTRUCTIONS⁠Cook bacon and roughly chop. (See text above for tips on easy cooking and clean up.)⁠Cube chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and a little pesto sauce. If uncooked, bake chicken at 450°F until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F.⁠Preheat the oven to 550°F.⁠Make pizza dough according to recipe.⁠Roll out dough and begin to assemble pizza on a pizza stone or baking sheet.⁠Spread pesto sauce over the entirety of the pizza leaving half an inch at the edges for the crust. Toss to combine. Set aside.⁠In a 10" or 12" cast iron skillet, melt 1/4 C butter. Once melted, add brown sugar, salt and pecans. Stir for about 3 minutes until sugar slightly melts. (Topping will be thick, that's ok! It'll melt fully in the oven.)⁠Remove from heat. Add apples. Pour 2 tsp vanilla over apples. I like to make a design like the one in the pictures, but I've also made it where I just throw the apples in and spread them evenly, it still looks amazing! So no pressure to do anything fancy. Set aside.⁠

Or read here 👇⁠⁠INGREDIENTS⁠2-3 Chicken Breasts⁠2 1/2 Cups uncooked brown rice⁠1 Cup salsa verde divided⁠4 oz cream cheese or plain yogurt⁠2 Tbsp taco seasoning⁠1 15 oz can black beans⁠1 16 oz bag of shredded Mexican cheese blend⁠salt and pepper to taste⁠garnish with cilantro, avocado and more salsa verde⁠⁠INSTRUCTIONS⁠Cook brown rice according to package instructions. ⁠Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour 1/2 C of salsa verde over chicken⁠Bake chicken until center reads 165°, or about 25 minutes. Once done, remove chicken from oven and let rest 10 minutes. With 2 forks, shred the chicken then set aside. Leave oven on.⁠Lightly spray bottom and sides of a 9″x13″ casserole dish and set aside⁠To the rice add: 1/2 C salsa verde, cream cheese, taco seasoning, black beans and shredded chicken. Taste, add salt and pepper if needed.⁠Place rice mixture into greased casserole dish and evenly spread cheese over top. ⁠Place in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and dish is heated through.⁠⁠MAKE AHEAD⁠If you want to make this ahead of time, prepare completely, just don’t bake. Cover with foil and place in the fridge until ready to bake. ⁠Preheat oven to 350°. Keep casserole covered in foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted and dish is heated through.⁠

ALL the healthy stuff! 💪 See below for this simple and totally healthy recipe.⁠⁠Link in bio too!⁠⁠1 1/2 Cups carrots⁠1 apple ⁠1/3 Cups almonds (or any nut)⁠1/2 Cups dried cranberries or raisins⁠2 1/4 Cups whole wheat flour (or GF flour blend)⁠2 tsp baking soda⁠2 tsp cinnamon⁠1 tsp salt⁠1/2 tsp ginger⁠1/2 Cup coconut sugar or granulated white sugar⁠1 Cup apple sauce⁠1 Cup almond milk (or dairy free alternative)⁠1/2 Cup vegetable or coconut oil⁠2 eggs⁠⁠Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease muffin tin and set aside.⁠In a large bowl combine flour, sugar (if using granulated) baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.⁠Using a food processor finely chop nuts, apple, and carrots. They can all go in together for a quick chop.⁠Mix chopped carrots mixture and cranberries with flour mixture.⁠Make a well in the mix and add apple sauce, milk, oil, and eggs (and maple syrup if using).⁠Gently combine making sure not to over mix.⁠Using a large cookie scoop, scoop into muffin tin and fill just below the rim.⁠Bake 5 minutes at 425°F. Reduce temp to 350°F and bake for another 12-15 minutes until tops bounce back when lightly touched.⁠Muffins are best right out of the oven (with butter mmm), but will keep 2 days at room temp or up to one week in the refrigerator.⁠
